This year’s 16th issue of Shueisha‘s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Monday that Yoshiyuki Nishi‘s Muhyo to Roji no Mahōritsu Sōdan Jimusho (Muhyo & Roji’s Bureau of Supernatural Investigation) manga will get a television anime adaptation this summer. The anime will air on SKY PerfecTV! and Animax.
The original manga ran in Shueisha‘s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from 2004 to 2008. Shueisha published 18 compiled book volumes and 10 trade paperback (bunko) volumes for the series. Viz Media released all 18 volumes of the manga physically and digitally in North America.
Nishi also launched the Lycanthrope Bōken Hoken (Lycanthrope Adventure Insurance) manga in Shueisha‘s Young Jump magazine in October 2016. The series moved to Shueisha‘s Tonari no Young Jump website last September. Shueisha released the manga’s second volume last September.
